In our Music Ministry at New Hope Church, we desire to provide high quality music that enhances our times of worship by being Christ centered, uplifting, authentic, and engaging! In addition, our mission is to equip our people to use their wide variety of gifts to glorify God and edify the body of Christ.

The Sanctuary Choir is our primary music ensemble, participating in both the 11:00AM traditional and 9:30AM contemporary services on a rotating basis. The choir also participates in Christmas concerts, Easter week services, and special events throughout the year. More info...Worship Band
Our 9:30AM Living Water worship service is led by our Worship Band. This group consists of keyboards, guitars, bass, drums, singers, and occasionally horns, strings, or flute. More info...Handbell Choir

If you play an instrument - keyboard, horns, woodwinds, strings, or any instrument - there are always places for you to offer your gifts through music. We desire a variety of instruments to play at selected Sunday services as well as Christmas, Easter, and special times throughout the year. Auditions are required; arrangements can be made by emailing the music office or calling 614.766.5445 x14.Children's Choir
Our children's choir meets as part of Kids WOW, our Wednesday night children's program. Children's choir participates in worship several times a year, and also in our annual Christmas program. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings during Kids WOW, which runs from 6:00 to 8:00PM.Youth Music
Our Youth Music program is for all middle and high school youth who have a desire to lead worship through music! Vocalists and instrumentalists participate in worship throughout the year, and serve as worship leaders for our annual Youth Sunday service.Tech Ministry
Serving our projection, video, computer, and sound board needs for all services, our Tech Ministry is growing! For those who are gifted in computers, visual media, and sound mixing, we work very closely together as part of the worship team. Prior to serving at New Hope, Christine Loy served in Lexington, KY as Pastor of Worship and Music at Apostles Anglican Church, and Music Associate at Centenary United Methodist Church, Kentucky's largest United Methodist church. She has led worship and directed choirs in churches across the country for over 20 years. Her passion for the Lord is contagious and fuels her desire for authentic congregational worship.
